Andy Grammer Concert

My friends and I went to the House of Blues in Anaheim to see Andy Grammer last Saturday.  It was a great show and this is my favorite picture from the night. 



The quality isn't great (it's from my cell phone) but I still like it :)

More Than We Can Handle

I've been reading Kisses From Katie and this thought stood out to me:

"God does give us more than we can handle.  Not maliciously, but intentionally, in love, that His glory may be displayed, that we may have no doubt of who is in control, that people may see His grace and faithfulness shining through our lives.  And as I surrender these situations to Him, watch Him take over and do the impossible, I am filled with joy and peace - so much more than I can handle."

"Lord, give me more than I can handle."  It's a scary thing to ask for, but it's a prayer from my heart.
